Skypool Villas

The plots are narrow and deep, which normally means a house with no usable garden. Here the ground is given to parking and entry, and the outdoor space is put on the roof: a pool and terrace with a parapet high enough to give privacy from the neighbours either side. That decision drives the elevation, because the parapet becomes the top of the composition rather than an afterthought above it. The set carries the variants that were drawn for the upper volume — one grey, one green — against the same white base and timber entrance panel.
