Ribbon Apartments

The elevation is a plain white frame filled with glazing, and the only decoration is doing structural work in how you read the building: two folded bands, one red and one yellow, run across the front and turn into the entrance recess. They mark where one apartment stops and the next begins, which a flat white facade hides completely. Planters run along the roof parapet, and the ground floor is held back behind a colonnade so the entrance and the parking are covered without a canopy.
