A straightforward stack of apartments, held together by making the circulation core the one thing on the elevation with any texture: a full-height panel in a patterned finish, flanked by the balcony trays which are otherwise identical floor to floor. That gives the block a centre and a reason for its symmetry. Planting is set into the balcony edges rather than the parapet so it is watered from inside the flats, and the ground floor is open for parking with the entrance pulled back into the core.
