Oyarifa Apartments

The block is white render, and one frame in a deep rust finish is pulled forward out of it, running up the full height and holding the stacked balconies inside its depth. Because the frame projects, the balconies it contains are properly shaded and properly private from the flat next door, and because it is the only coloured element the building needs nothing else to identify it. The gate and boundary wall are drawn as part of the same composition, with the entrance signage set into the pier rather than applied to it.
