Dizo Apartments

Two wings of flats are set at right angles and the space they make between them is given to a pool deck with parasols rather than to parking, which is pushed to the boundary. On the street the elevation is white with the balconies gathered into a single red frame so a four-storey block has one clear face. The plan keeps every flat with an outlook either onto the courtyard or over the street, and none looking directly into another.
