Court Apartments
A refurbishment that gives an existing block the entrance and the front it never had.

Parti
Give the old block a front
The building already existed and worked well enough behind, so the money goes on the two things that were missing: an entrance you can find, and an elevation with a centre. A tall fluted panel in tan is built across the circulation bay from ground to parapet, and the balconies either side are re-fronted flush and glazed so they stop competing with it. Planting is added at the balcony edges, and the ground floor is opened up for covered parking with the new entrance set into the base of the fluted bay.
