DBS Tamale
A trade warehouse that spends its whole budget on the corner people arrive at.

Parti
Glaze the corner, clad the rest
A warehouse is a shed, and the useful question is where to stop it being one. Here the answer is the arrival corner: the long elevations are plain profiled cladding in grey and white with high-level strip glazing to daylight the floor, and the corner is cut back and glazed floor to soffit to make a showroom and trade counter. The parapet is carried straight across the glazed corner so the roof line does not step, which keeps the building reading as one volume rather than as a shed with an office stuck on the front.
