Bantama Constituency Office
A constituency office with a blank forward wall built to carry the party's colours.

Parti
A civic front, and a wall for the standard
A constituency office needs to be identifiable from the road and needs somewhere to hang a banner without the building looking temporary, so the elevation is arranged around a large blank plane pushed forward of the entrance, faced in stone and detailed to take applied graphics. Flagpoles are set into the forecourt paving rather than bolted to the parapet. Behind that plane the accommodation is ordinary and cheap to build: two storeys of rendered blockwork with a covered ground-floor colonnade and a first-floor balcony over the entrance for addressing a crowd.
